Housing Management Resources, Inc. (HMR) has thoughtfully completed the transition of its managed portfolio to new ownership and management partners, with the exception of two remaining properties currently in final transition.
We are grateful for the many years of service, collaboration, and community impact we have shared with residents, partners, and stakeholders. A small HMR staff will continue working over the coming year to complete final reporting, finalize the remaining properties, and support outstanding financial and administrative matters, including billing, compliance, and closeout activities.
