From October to December 2o16, HMR properties had conducted four maintenance trainings in NY, NH, MD, NC to grow and improve as a team. They worked hard to implement a resident services initiative through networking nights and meeting to bring the community together and learn more about the steps and processes to keep the properties working in pristine condition.
Another goal was to promote community gardens to help improve nutrition, physical activity, community engagement, safety and the economic vitality of the residents while so continuing to prioritize the health and safety of their employees by providing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
Lastly, the trainings concluded with team building exercises to allow employees to learn more about each other and themselves.
