HMR team members are on the ground in Asheville, North Carolina, at Ledgewood Village which was devasted from the impact of Hurricane Helene on October 1st. I’m pleased to report that recovery efforts are well underway for the residents of Ledgewood Village Apartments.
First and foremost, I want to express my deep gratitude for everyone’s commitment and resilience during these challenging times. It’s heartening to see how swiftly you have all responded to the needs of our community.
Our team on the ground is working tirelessly to assess damage, coordinate repairs, and support residents. Thanks to their dedication and the efforts of local responders, we’ve made significant progress. Temporary services have been arranged for residents in need, and we’re actively facilitating additional resources, including food and essential supplies. We’re also collaborating with local agencies to ensure a thorough and efficient restoration process. As we move forward, I encourage each of you to reach out in any way you can to lend your support to our Ledgewood Village staff and community.
