On January 19, 2023, The IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter hosted its annual Economic Forecast Luncheon at Granite Links, Quincy, MA.
As Past Chapter President I was not surprised by the record turnout of our members, due to the political and economic uncertainty we are facing, it is understandable that our members are concerned.
The program was moderated by Chapter President William Ward. Guest speakers included Daniel Sindelar, with Real Page and Chris LeBarton, with CoStar Group.
Both speakers provided thoughtful insight on the current conditions of the Boston Real Estate market and answered questions from our membership on current marketing trends, what to expect in 2023 and how owners and managers can positon themselves to be successful in the coming years.
We in IREM believe in our people, and we provide the tools they need to succeed. We open doors, we forge connections, and we help show the way forward. As an IREM Instructor I am committed to providing education and value to our members, who in turn add value to their teams, their workplaces, and the properties in their commercial and residential portfolios.
Housing Management Resources as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) continuously demonstrates its commitment and dedication to our Boston chapter. HMR continues to set the standard for our industry and inspires others by providing thoughtful engaging educational resources and opportunities.
This IREM event, along with our educational courses and array of resources, all exist with one goal in mind – to make a difference in the careers of those who manage.
Nancy Reno, CPM, is Vice President Marketing & Training at Housing Management Resources, Inc., AMO, and is IREM Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4’s 2019 Chapter Past President.
