HMR is in Washington,DC today at NAHMA – National Affordable Housing Management Association’s Winter Meeting. We are being honored at the Awards Luncheon as the “2014 NAHMA Communities of Quality Program Award, for having the most newly certified Communities of Quality in 2014”. Our Blackstone Terrace community is also being honored as the “2014 Community of Quality Award in the Outstanding Turnaround of a Troubled Property Category”. A big thank you to NAHMA for this great honor, and an even bigger thank you to our staff who makes it all possible.
