Dear HMR Residents,
Nine months into this pandemic, many of us are struggling with “Covid Fatigue” as we head into the winter with infection rates once again going the wrong way.
HMR now requires masks to be worn at all times on the property when you are not in your apartment. We urge you to prudently follow CDC recommendations for mask use and social distancing.
• Everyone aged 2 and older must wear masks in public settings and when around people who do not live in their household
• Masks offer protection to you and are also meant to protect those around you, in case you are unknowingly infected with COVID-19
• A mask is NOT a substitute for social distancing. Masks should still be worn in addition to staying at least 6 feet apart
Management Offices Open by Appointment
Our offices remain open by appointment and management staff will respond to your questions via remote forms of communication (phone or email). Documents and rents can be mailed, placed in the drop box or you can pay on line https://www.hmrproperties.com/.
Rent
It is important that you continue pay your rent. If you need help paying your rent, your management staff can help you find resources and fill out any required forms.
Maintenance
Prior to maintenance entering any units, management will call you to screen for Covid-19 exposure and symptoms. If you can, it is best if you can leave your apartment or stay in another room while the repairs are being done and always wear a mask. Maintenance can provide you with a mask if you need one.
HMR Sanitizing Protocol
We are continuing to clean and disinfect all common areas twice a day, seven days a week, particularly high-traffic surface areas. Laundry Rooms remain open and we provide our disinfectant product – EnviroCare – for your use and we encourage you to use it generously and apply it to all hard surfaces touched while doing laundry. Through this crisis we realize how important it is to work together, support each other and stay safe.
Sincerely,
Housing Management Resources, Inc.
