Dear Residents,
As Covid‐19 cases increased sharply after the Thanksgiving holiday, it is essential that we redouble our efforts to slow the spread and stay safe and healthy. To put this spike in perspective, it took the United States 248 days to reach 7 million Covid‐19 cases, but it only took the nation 69 days to reach the second 7 million cases.
Effective immediately:
Masks must be worn by all persons over 2 years old throughout the property unless you are in your apartment.
Our offices remain open by appointment only.
Rent can be paid online, mailed, or put into the drop box.
Documents should be mailed or placed in the drop box. Paperwork can be completed remotely, through email, telephone, or by dropping documents off.
We will be completing Emergency Work Orders only. Please continue to call the office to put in your maintenance request so we can prioritize and schedule as appropriate.
We will continue to complete the COVID Screening questions prior to entry to your apartment for the emergency work order. We ask that you be in another room while the HMR team member completes the work order.
We are continuing to deep clean all hard surfaces in common areas such as countertops, doorknobs, and the like.
Additional signage is being posted to remind you to wear masks, wash your hands, and follow social distancing guidelines. Your safety, health, and well‐being are of the utmost importance to us and so we must ask you to renew your efforts to stop the spread.
Sincerely,
Housing Management Resources, Inc.
