Dear Valued Residents,
We have established a Preventative Maintenance Plan to do a quick inspection of your apartment and replace filters, as well as all fire stops located above your stove. This means that our maintenance team will need access to your apartment during a set timeframe determined by the property manager.
The maintenance technician(s) will start with the preventative maintenance on your apartment and they will conduct an inspection which includes photos, check for leaks, check smoke detectors, replace air filters, and note any problems, which need attention. Anything that can be repaired and addressed quickly while in your apartment that day will be completed at that time. Examples of this include a closet off the track, cabinet door needing tightening, or a CO/Smoke Replacement.
Please keep in mind any non-emergency repairs noted during that visit that are not able to be addressed quickly will require scheduling for a future date. We hope that this will not be an inconvenience to you but rather a positive experience. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our office.
We will need to reach you by phone the same day we plan to complete these tasks to ask a few routine questions in effort to keep you and our team safe during these unprecedented times. Also, we are happy to schedule this appointment while you are away from your apartment for your safety and the safety of the team. If you are home during this inspection, please wear a mask and keep a minimum of 6 ft, and if you have an additional room, we would appreciate if you move there during the visit.
