Our team had an amazing time at this year’s 2025 Property Managers Conference! The event brought together staff from across HMR for a few days of learning, connection, and fun in beautiful Salem, Massachusetts.
We kicked things off with some great team bonding — exploring the historic streets of Salem on a city tour and relaxing together on a scenic boat cruise. It was the perfect mix of laughter, fresh air, and shared experiences that reminded us how strong and supportive our team truly is.
The conference also offered powerful and insightful sessions focused on growth and awareness. Jen Bolton from DOVE delivered an impactful presentation on a Domestic Violence Training, while Nancy Simons led an inspiring session on Vicarious Trauma and the importance of self-care in our work. Both speakers left a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
We also explored how AI technology is shaping the future of property management. From improving efficiency to enhancing communication and resident support, it’s exciting to see how innovation can make a real difference in the work we do every day.
